Behind the scenes
Reservations, guests, and payments
Briarwood runs day-to-day guest service on the phone, email, and the booking partners
linked above. Inventory of room types, guest profiles, and card settlement are
handled on a private Skynet Flow stack (SQV’s Rust-backed
Odoo-compatible server) so front-desk work stays consistent. This public site does
not embed that console; operators open Forge on their own secured
network or VPN.
Guest bill & services (menu view)
Lodging “goods and services” are room products, packages, and desk incidentals —
each mappable to catalog lines Skynet Flow already uses for retail and food
operators, tuned for folios instead of tickets.
Sales, register & payroll
Same Forge tenant can carry sales (reservations, packages, OTA
reconciliation), POS (desk tenders, incidentals, deposits), and
payroll (housekeeping and desk shifts) without exposing the
operator console on this public page.
What that means for guests
-
One story for rates and rooms: when policies change, the goal is
for the desk, the website, and partner listings to stay aligned.
-
Cleaner money handling: card and OTA events are tracked so
night-audit style adjustments are less error-prone than juggling spreadsheets.
-
Technical detail (partners only): see
sqv-forge/README.md and
sqv-forge/docs/RUST_SKYFLOW_VERIFICATION.md in the Skynet workspace —
not required reading for travelers.
Improving this website (UAIR-Forge)
Design, accessibility, and content checks for this static site run
through UAIR-Forge self-improve (readiness presets, verdicts) with
working directory set to this repo. Operators and devs iterate the HTML/CSS/JS
here — not Mission Control, which is a separate app for AI fleet visibility.

Operator console (optional link)
If you publish a stable HTTPS URL for the Forge dashboard, set
operatorConsoleUrl in js/skynet-flow-config.js. This page
will show a single “open console” link — still no iframe, so you avoid
frame-ancestors and cross-site cookie issues on a public motel domain.
